We are a busy, patient-focused Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice dedicated to helping patients regain function and improve quality of life. Our team values compassion, professionalism, and teamwork -- and we're looking for a motivated Medical Assistant for full or part-time to join us!

Position Summary:

As a key member of our clinical team, the Medical Assistant will support our physicians and patients through high-quality clinical and administrative care. You'll assist with patient evaluations, prepare exam rooms, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures

Record vital signs, medical history, and assist with exams

Perform basic procedures

Manage patient flow and ensure timely rooming and follow-up

Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)

Assist with scheduling, referrals, and patient communication

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

Qualifications:

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

EMR experience preferred

Wage starting at $20/hour DOE. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-3:30.
