Key Responsibilities:

Provide virtual medical assisting services, supporting patient care and clinical workflows Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Apply knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures in daily tasks Assist in coordinating patient care for individuals with chronic conditions Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies Enroll patients and set them up in the Vironix system, including gathering initial medical information through intake questions and ensuring patients are properly equipped with a home monitoring device

Qualifications:

Must be willing to be onsite 2 days per week

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent from an accredited program

Proven experience in medical assisting and patient care, preferably in chronic care management Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures Proficiency in managing electronic medical records (EMR) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
