MEDICAL ASSEMBLY - 1st or 2nd shift ($18 - $20)

We currently has 20+ position for Medical assembly in Arden Hills MN area, minimum 6+ months of experience in Medical Assembler/Machine Operator ( able to read Blue pints, micrometers, calipers, microscope, molding, catheter, stamping, microscope inspection and microscope assembly) .

:

• They will be trained on several operations: First will be packaging of diabetic testing kits. Will be standing primarily, but there are mats.
• Each kit contains between 5 - 10 items, will follow work orders to complete each type.
• Putting parts into the kit, running it through a scanner to register the ID number of the product, setting it onto a rack for final packaging.
• Fairly fast paced, but quality over quantity.
• Working at a station sitting down doing hand assembly of diabetic needles.
• Parts range from the size of a pen cap to a sewing needle. Repetitive, will progress to making up to 1200 parts per shift.
• Could also learn coil winding: taking very fine wires, using a tweezer to set them into a clamp on the machine, watching as the machine winds the coils.
• This will use microscopes to inspect but is the only microscope use in the building.

Shift & Pay:

1st and 2nd shift

$18 to $20/hr.,

Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES

• 6 + months manufacturing experience preferred
• They must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion.
• Solid work history
• Excellent communication skills
• They need someone with high attention to detail
• Ideally in quality type experience but mostly strong detail, good communicator, and consistent work history.
