Responsibilities of the Senior Director, Medical Affairs (Oncology):
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the oncology space
Lead and manage a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
Oversee publication planning and contribute to scientific communications
Support health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic medical affairs projects, including product launches
Qualifications for the Senior Director, Medical Affairs (Oncology)
:
Extensive background in oncology (required)
Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
Strong understanding of HEOR and its application in medical strategy
Demonstrated success in publication planning and scientific engagement
Ability to travel 30-40% and work onsite 5 days/week in East Windsor, NJ
Compensation for the Senior Director, Medical Affairs (Oncology):
Salary Range: $225,000-$260,000 (flexible based on experience)
Work Environment: Onsite
