About Us:

We're a U.S.-based hair sample testing and therapy business helping clients nationwide improve hair health through advanced testing and personalized wellness therapy.

We also operate a successful acupuncture practice (which doesn't require social media support right now).

Our current goal: grow our national visibility and reach new clients across the country using daily Reels and Stories that educate, inspire, and convert followers into consultations.

Contract Position - 30 days, Potential for Long Term Hire

We're looking for a creative, reliable short-form video content creator / social media manager to help us produce daily Reels and Stories.

You'll work directly with the owner, who will appear on camera. You'll take the raw footage (we'll film or provide content) and turn it into engaging, on-brand videos -- ready to post.

Responsibilities

Edit and repurpose short videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from raw footage provided. Add on-screen captions, trending sounds, and visual elements that grab attention within the first 3 seconds. Create a consistent posting calendar (7+ videos per week) aligned with brand goals. Write captions and hashtags (you can use AI tools -- we encourage this!). Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Track analytics and suggest ideas for growth and engagement. Communicate weekly to plan the next batch of Reels and report performance.

Ideal Candidate

Has proven experience creating Reels/TikToks for wellness, health, or beauty brands. Can edit videos in 9:16 format using CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or similar. Knows current trends and sound styles on Instagram & TikTok. Is familiar with AI-powered tools like OpusClip, Pictory, or ChatGPT to boost productivity. Understands brand storytelling, can turn educational content into emotionally engaging videos. Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with daily posting consistency. Experience with Canva, Metricool, or Later for scheduling.
