Job Description

We're building an in-house media team for a group of construction and design companies, including Discount Lift Rentals and Zero Latitude Homes. The goal is to produce daily social content, a

weekly video podcast

, and monthly short films -- and eventually launch a construction business news channel with its own studio.

We're looking for a hands-on producer who can shoot, edit, and keep projects moving. Someone who's organized, reliable, and comfortable managing freelancers while jumping in to film or edit when needed. Experience with

multi-camera studio shoots

is a big plus, as we'll be building out a permanent set for interviews and news-style segments.

What You'll Do

Shoot and edit short videos for social media Produce a

weekly video podcast

from start to finish Lead

multi-camera studio productions

and interviews Manage freelance editors, writers, and designers Deliver one polished short film each month Keep production on schedule and maintain consistent quality Help plan and build the future news set and workflow

What You Need

Strong skills in

Adobe Premiere Pro

or

DaVinci Resolve

Confident with cameras, lighting, audio, and storytelling Experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines Must work

onsite in Sanford, FL

(not remote) Reliable transportation and full-time availability
