What you'll do
Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
Administer medications accurately and on time, following established protocols.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. .
Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times.
Basic qualifications

Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals preferred.
Preferred qualifications
Strong understanding of dementia care practices and memory care techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
