Care Cardinal is looking for a hardworking, caring Medical Technician or Personal Care Assistant to add to our Care Cardinal Care team! - Med Techs will Administer medications and injections to residents based on physicians\' orders. Follow procedures regarding documenting of medications
- Assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining room
- MT\'s and PCA\'s will assist with daily activities and enriching the lives of our wonderful residents!
- Always communicate in a positive and productive manner with co-workers, families/guardians, and the public
- Supporting co-workers and actively participates in team process.
- Providing complete, accurate and timely documentation
- Performing tasks that contribute to the day-to-day operation of the home (such as cooking, cleaning, laundry)
- Performing tasks in accordance with Care Cardinal Policies and Procedures and that of other regulatory bodies, (CMH, AAA, Reliance, Licensing, Recipient Rights, etc.)
- Positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.
- Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Current valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license or State ID
- The ability to interact with people in a positive and supportive manner
