Trinity on 1st Street is a licensed mental health facility operating under the H.A.R.T. (Home for Adult Rehabilitation and Treatment) Program. We provide a supportive, structured environment for adults living with mental health challenges and are committed to compassionate, person-centered care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable

Medication Technician (Med Tech)

to join our evening team. The ideal candidate has experience in mental health or assisted living settings, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and document per policy Monitor residents for side effects or behavioral changes Assist residents with daily living tasks and provide emotional support Maintain compliance with facility procedures and state regulations Communicate effectively with staff, guardians, and healthcare providers Support residents using trauma-informed and recovery-based approaches

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent required Current Med Tech, CNA, or relevant experience preferred Experience working with adults with mental health needs strongly preferred Must pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and teamwork skills
