Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and possess knowledge of medical terminology and vital signs. Responsibilities: - Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules - Document medication administration and resident responses - Assist residents with activities of daily living - Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to medical staff - Maintain accurate medical records Skills: - Experience in senior care - Knowledge of dementia care and acute care - Familiarity with medical terminology - Ability to take vital signs accurately - Understanding of medical office procedures - Proficiency in managing medical records - Experience with Eldermark or similar healthcare systems If you are passionate about providing quality care to seniors and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
