Location: Remote (Greater Indianapolis Area)


Travel Requirement: Up to 70% both domestically and internationally (Must have valid passport within first 90 days)


Pay Range: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Mechanical/Electrical Installation Technician

and play a key role in installing high-tech equipment for pharmaceutical and radiopharmaceutical facilities across North America.

What You'll Do

Hands-On Installation:

Assemble mechanical components and install electrical wiring, cables, and pneumatic lines for advanced isolators and automation systems.

Work on Breakthrough Projects:

Support installations for Radiopharma, Pharma, and Cell & Gene Therapy equipment--critical to sterile drug manufacturing and advanced therapies.

Testing & Commissioning:

Assist with FAT and SAT testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Collaborate & Communicate:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Travel & Learn:

Visit customer sites across North America, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and processes. ####

What We're Looking For

Education:

Two-year Industrial Technical diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience.

Skills:

Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Experience:

Hands-on assembly and installation in a multi-disciplinary environment; customer-facing problem-solving skills.

Attributes:

Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, excellent time management, and strong communication skills.

Flexibility:

Must be eligible to travel domestically and internationally and legally operate a vehicle.
