Is This You?

• Do you have 2-3 years of hands-on millwright or mechanical experience?
• Are you comfortable interpreting blueprints and turning them into precise action?
• Can you TIG, MIG, and arc weld to support installs and repairs?
• Will you travel to client sites during the week when projects require it?
• Are you willing to work overtime to meet deadlines?
• Can you lift up to 50 lbs and work in positions that require bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods?

Your Impact

• Move, assemble, install, and align industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform industrial maintenance and repairs on process equipment, valves, and gearboxes
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues using a logical, step-by-step approach with measurable data
• Work both independently and as part of a team to resolve complex problems
• Maintain strong personal safety and environmental awareness; properly wear PPE and respirators when needed
