Job Description

Responsibilities



Earn $28-$34/HR based on experience with steady daylight shifts

Paid Weekly with great benefits and full-time stability

Weekends Off! Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (or 7:30-4:00 PM)

Work in a state-of-the-art maintenance shop with clean, well-equipped facilities

Routine and preventative maintenance on machinery such as pumps, motors, and conveyors

Troubleshoot mechanical issues using observation and diagnostic tools

Repair or replace defective or broken parts to ensure smooth equipment operation

Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems as needed

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations

Requirements



Mechanical maintenance experience required

Experience in industrial or manufacturing preferred

Must be 21 years old or older

Ability to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance

Proficiency with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Must have strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

Capable of performing manual labor in a safe and efficient manner

Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) a plus

Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
