Position Summary

The duties and responsibilities of the ABC Seamless Machine Mechanic are to assemble, adjust, and maintain siding, roofing, and gutter roll-forming machines. This individual will also train franchisees on how to troubleshoot their own equipment. Must understand and supervise the production of embossing-rollers as well as contribute to the development and design improvements of ABC's siding, gutter, and roofing machines. Some occasional long-distance travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assemble, fabricate, refurbish, adjust, and repair siding machines, roofing machines, gutter machines, ventilator systems and attachments.

Assist in developing and presenting ABC Seamless Machine training programs.

Weld; cut metal; bend metal; oversee general electrical applications, processes, and installations.

Demonstrate successful leadership and communication skills (troubleshoot, teach and direct processes and procedures on machine adjustment and repair).

Ability to travel to conduct training and education programs at franchise locations and ABC University.

Conduct inventory of machines and machine parts.

Install machines into trailers or trucks.

Work with franchisees to troubleshoot their machine problems.

Other duties may be assigned as needed or added to this job position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
