Job Description

The Mechanical Engineering Manager will join my client's leadership team, responsible for spearheading engineering projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll lead the development of new products based on customer request and will have an opportunity to continue the growth and expansion of the Engineering team

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the engineering team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product development and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards for safety and quality.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and updates to senior leadership.

A successful Mechanical Engineering Manager should have:

  • Base Salary $140,000 - $160,000 Depending on Experience
