What You'll Be Doing

Actively participate in

design team activities

, contributing your ideas and skills to real-world engineering challenges. Support

engineering build and test processes

, gaining practical experience in bringing designs to life. Collaborate with a

cross-functional team

on ongoing product development, learning how different departments work together to achieve common goals. Work within the

product design group

to complete identified development tasks, providing valuable information for reports and documentation. Assist in

part procurement

by working with external vendors, gaining insight into the supply chain and vendor management processes.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with junior status or higher. Proficiency in reading and interpreting

mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

. Experience with

solid modeling

from concept to final part completion is considered an advantage. Strong

problem-solving skills

and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent

communication skills

, both written and verbal, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22 to $25, commensurate with completed school year.
