Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to support the development of advanced thermal management solutions for next-generation Semiconductor Testers. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in thermal analysis and mechanical design, who is motivated to grow their expertise and contribute to innovative, cross-functional engineering projects.
Role Responsibilities:

• Guide the design and optimization of thermal systems and components to ensure efficient heat dissipation and temperature control.
• Develop thermal models and simulations to predict performance and guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with electrical, hardware, and manufacturing teams to integrate thermal solutions into complex platform architectures.
• Build and test prototypes to validate thermal performance under real-world operating conditions.
• Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of thermal issues during product development and post-launch.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to source and qualify advanced thermal materials and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of mechanical engineering experience (or equivalent education)
• Mechanical engineering experience (primary experience)
• SOLIDWORKS experience (required)
• SOLIDWORKS PDM experience (preferred)
• Solid foundation in mechanical and thermal design principles
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Teamwork and time management abilities
• Curious mindset and proactive attitude
• Collaborative spirit and motivation to learn

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $79,800 - $127,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
