Mechanical Engineer Quality Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 to $24.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Analyze current QA assessment Techniques for inconsistencies/redundancy
• Collaborate w/management to achieve most efficient/accurate quality assessments
• Perform detailed inspections of raw materials/final products & confirm they are up to standards
• Monitor production and quality processes/trouble shoot errors
• Follow products through entire process to ensure steps are correctly completed
• Track, record, maintain quality assurance data

Mechanical Engineer Quality Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business admin, engineering or related field
• Certified Quality Inspector preferred
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing and quality assurance
• Understanding of ISO 9000 implementation
• Lean Manufacturing principles experience
• proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented/excellent communication

Will have prolonged times sitting at desk, must be able to lift 15lbs and ability to move around the facility, walking, standing, stairs and repetitive motion, hand/eye coordination
