Mechanical Assembler
Morgan Hill, CA
Core Responsibilities

• Build Mechanical assemblies with strict adherence to vPoke principles
• Ensure assemblies and components are properly handled, inspected and inserted
• Cross-train to cover other functions in the Mechanical Production Floor as well as other departments within Paramit, as needed
• Support Team projects and process improvement activities, as directed
• Adheres to all safety rules and regulations associated with this position
• Complies with all policies and follows procedures of our company

Minimum Requirements

• Basic Mechanical assembly skills; prior experience is preferred
• Proficiency in verbal and written English language
• Must be open for intensive training, including reading English text, as required
• Aptitude to work independently with little or no supervision
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexibility; based on business needs you may be required to work beyond your scheduled time (Overtime will be paid for hours worked in a day over 8 hours).
