Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Mechanical Assembler.
Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 12 + months possible extension
Location: McKinney, Texas, 75071 USA
Shift: 2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM M-F
:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will:

• Set up shop orders and operate processing equipment
• Perform manual assembly and in-process inspections
• Use microscopes and follow detailed work instructions
• Enter production data and non-conformances into FOS Required Qualifications
• 1+ year manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Strong teamwork and time management skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to stand and move between work areas for extended periods during production, testing, calibration, or assembly activities.
• Manual dexterity: Frequent use of hands, fingers, and tools to assemble, test, inspect, adjust, or calibrate electronic, mechanical, or microelectronic components.
• Fine motor coordination:
• Required for handling small, delicate parts, precision instruments, and microelectronic assemblies. Vision requirements:
• Must have close vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus for inspection, testing, measurement, and microscope work.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $22.00 to $24.50/per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
