Overview:

We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support the production of heating and cooling sub-assemblies. This role involves full start-to-finish assembly work, including wiring, crimping, and interpreting basic schematics. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, proven assembly experience, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components from start to finish for heating/cooling units Perform point-to-point wiring, crimping, and related electrical/mechanical tasks Read and interpret basic schematics, drawings, and work instructions Use induction brazing equipment during assembly processes Maintain accuracy in measurements; complete required ruler and math testing Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of mechanical assembly experience Experience with crimping and point-to-point wiring Ability to read and work from basic schematics Previous experience with induction brazing Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must pass ruler and math assessment
