Roth's has 9 supermarkets in the Mid-Willamette Valley with a continued focus on customer service. We pride ourselves in providing customers with the highest quality products "Always Fast, Fresh & Friendly".

SUMMARY:

Prepares, stocks, weighs, and wraps meat and seafood products. This is an entry-level position perfect for candidates looking to start their career in the meat industry. This is a union position.

This position may need to cover shifts at various store locations, mileage reimbursements would be provided

WORK HOURS:

Schedules and hours vary. Positions are likely to include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Although we are interested in providing our employees with a stable work schedule, our ability to do so depends on our assessment of work needs and business conditions.

PAY: $15.55 - $24.05 depending upon education and experience

Roth's Fresh Market employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and prompt friendly service.

Welcome customers, answer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations Prepare, stock, cut, weigh and wrap meat and seafood products Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and retail cases Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies Practice safe use of tools and equipment used in the position Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will have experience working in a meat/seafood department, the grocery industry, or performing similar work. Must be 18 years or older.
