POSITION A SUMMARY

Assists Butchers and Meat Cutters prepare related product for customers. Maintains all conditions, cleanliness of the meat department.

. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

. Wrap meat products for customers.

. Assist Butcher and Meat Cutters in the preparation of products for A customers.

. Keeps meat counter and area clean, presentable and A orderly.

. Responsible for stocking meat A items.

. Maintain meat case conditions and product ready inventory for A business.

. Stock smoked and processed meat A products.

. Process less specialized meat products such as chicken and ground A beef.

. Clean meat preparation area, fresh meat case and process meat cases as A needed.

. Maintain department conditions during all periods of business A hours.
