Job Overview:

Join our team as a Meat Carver where you will showcase your culinary skills and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize knives and other cutting tools to carve and slice various meats
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and fulfilling their meat order requests
- Handle and package meat products following food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carving station and work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in meat cutting or culinary roles is preferred but not necessary. Will train the right person.
- Proficiency in food handling, including knowledge of food safety practices is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different meat carving styles
