Job Description
In the meal server role, you will be in charge of preparing the restaurant for service, taking care of customers during the hours of operation, and assisting in closing duties. A key element in this role is to promptly address customer concerns and queries. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the satisfaction of each diner, as reflected through positive customer feedback and growth in repeat customers.
Shift:
Full Time Tuesday - Saturday, 11:30AM - 6:30PMMeal Server Job Responsibilities and Duties
Cleans and prepares the dining area Greets customers and helps them to their seats Maintains knowledge of every menu item Documents orders accurately Delivers beverages and meals on time Asks for customer feedback Prepares bills and processes payments
Meal Server Job Requirements
Past experience as a food server or similar role Maintains a clean appearance Can work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Great communication and coordination skills High level of physical endurance Can work on weekends and holidays, and can handle shifting work schedules
