Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team, 3pm (4pm)-7pm to work evenings several times a week including weekends.

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and residents and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy assisting others, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and residents in a warm and welcoming manner

- Handle guest and resident inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Answer phone calls

-Answer front door

-Serve Meals to residents that are prepared by cook

-Engage with residents and guests between meals thru activities that have been put together by our Life Enrichement Director

Experience:

- Previous experience in guest relations, or customer service roles preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to assist others

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

This position is for someone seeking extra hours from a full time job, or someone who is looking for PT evening and Weekend work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per year
