Position Summary:

The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator strengthens collaboration between law

enforcement, CPS, prosecutors, medical providers, and mental health partners to support a

coordinated response to child abuse cases. This role ensures clear communication, smooth

case coordination, and efficient MDT meetings.

We are seeking someone who is highly organized, calm under pressure, and skilled at

navigating sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate

builds trust across disciplines, keeps details on track, and helps the team work together

toward the shared goal of child safety and healing.

Job Classification:

Full-time, Non-Exempt, 35 hours/week, Benefits-eligible

Annual Salary:

$48,500

Job Relationships:

Reports to: Director of Programs

Supervised by: Director of Programs

Works closely with: CPS investigators, law enforcement partners, prosecutors, medical/SANE

professionals, and Scotty's House staff to support a coordinated multidisciplinary response.

Essential Functions:

Review Statewide Intakes daily to identify cases that meet criteria for CAC services and initiate the MDT response. Coordinate joint investigations by communicating with partner agencies and scheduling required services. Plan, schedule, and facilitate MDT case staffing meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up documentation. Maintain accurate case information and data within the client tracking system. Support positive MDT culture through networking opportunities, relationship-building activities, and orientation for new MDT members. Identify team training needs and provide or coordinate relevant resources. Participate in agency events, professional development opportunities, and scheduled on-call rotations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or related field. Two years of professional experience in child welfare, criminal justice, or related systems; working knowledge of child abuse, trauma, and multidisciplinary practice.
