Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a
Registered Nurse
to serve asMDS Nurse
for our Grand Rapids MI Facility. In this role you will ensure the organization's goals of positive outcomes in quality will be achieved through effective processes, monitoring training and implementations of systems that will lead to accurate and timely MDS submissions, utilization of Medicare nursing days when warranted, oversight of managed care residents, effective Center coordination through a well-run IDT Meeting and utilization of our Optimus system. Ensure MDS compliance, resident driven outcomes and financial results that mirror the care given. Ensure that the center remains in compliance with organization, local, state and federal regulations.Qualifications:
Current Michigan RN
Nursing
License in good standing Previous MDS experience required. Working knowledge of regulatory compliance in a Long-Term Care Setting Previous experience with PointClickCare is a plus.Optalis offers:
