Mds Nurse
Job Description
Five Counties is seeking a caring and compassionate person for the MDS Nurse position. This individual directs the licensed and non-licensed staff who provide health care and nursing services to residents of the facility for the Minimum Data Set processes for full and effective care plans and resimbursement. The MDS Nurse primary responsibility is to ensure timely competion of the MDS in accordance with Federal, State and Local standards and regulations. The position exists to plan, organize, and direct timely completion of the MDS for each resdient in the facility.
The best candidate is organized, compassionate, ethical, moral, integrity amd hard-working. Experience with leading a group of indiviuals is beneficical.
