Job Description

Regalcare of Taunton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to quality outcomes and resident-centered care. We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented

MDS Coordinator

for a

part-time position (16-20 hours per week)

. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful clinical impact.


What You'll Do:




Complete and coordinate accurate MDS assessments in compliance with state and federal regulations Manage the RAI process and support interdisciplinary care planning Ensure documentation supports clinical outcomes and reimbursement Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:




Active

RN or LPN license

in good standing Prior MDS experience in a long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and the RAI process Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
