MDS Coordinator (RN) - Full-Time

Schedule:

6a-6p | 3 days MDS, 2 days on the floor

What You'll Bring

Valid RN license (Iowa or ability to activate) Current CPR certification MDS credentialed or willingness to obtain RAC-CT certification Experience with MDS 3.0/RAI Manual and background in long-term care or gerontological nursing preferred
