MDS Coordinator for Short Term Census

Alliance Health at Rosewood is a 135 bed, non-profit skilled nursing care center located in West Peabody MA has an opportunity for an experienced

MDS Coordinator

. As the backbone to our multidisciplinary care approach, you have an opportunity to make a real difference in an elder's life. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for team-oriented individuals to join our clinical team.



Strong LTC MDS Coordinator is in place. Very strong corporate clinical reimbursement support.



The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to:


Timely completion of MDS: assessments, care plans, and CAAs. No limitations to other auditiing as requied by the DNS. Must attend morning meeting and QAPI Assist in ensuring accurate C.N.A documentation. Assist in staff education. Short term PDPM Must have current nursing license in MA as a RN or LPN. This is a Full time position.

Job Type: Full-time



Salary: Up to $55. Per hour, depending upon experience and qualifications

License/Certification:


RN or LPN
