MDM Operator

Starting Pay: $19.00-19.75 per hour, depending on shift


7 days on/7 days off


Day shift: 6am-6:15pm Night shift: 6pm-6:15am


Medical/dental insurance begins day of hire


200% company match on 401k up to 3% employee contribution rate


Vacation accrual begins on date of hire, 84 hours in first year


10 paid holidays annually

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pull pallets and combos from Dumpers. Wash and stack pallets and combos Pull plastic & cardboard for recycling Run baler and dumper machinery Keep hydraulic room and equipment clean and free of debris. Break down and stack cardboard for recycling. Assist the MDM Technician on all routine clean-ups. Assist the MDM Technician during periods of down time. Be familiar with all functions of the MDM process to ensure that all safety regulations and devices are adhered to and used properly. Know and at all times observe all safety and quality rules and procedures. Know and follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) related to job. Maintain good communications and working relationship with all other departments. Be willing and able to cross-train for other functions. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

18+ years of age, high school diploma/GED Must pass a drug test, physical and background check Able to pass random drug tests quarterly Have reliable transportation Recent experience in manufacturing, in food processing a plus Proven good attendance record at past employers Must be willing to work weekends and overtime Able to constantly stand or walk for 12 hours per shift Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis Able to constantly work in extreme cold and wet environment Must be able to become forklift certified with clean driving record
