Requirements

M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent degree Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington (or ability to obtain in Oregon) * Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS within 30 days of hire
