The Role: General Manager




As a General Manager, you are the business leader of your restaurant. You'll coach and grow your management team, deliver an excellent guest experience, and run your location with ownership-minded leadership.

Key Responsibilities



Lead daily operations and manage the floor during peak hours Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers & Shift Leaders Build a strong staffing pipeline that meets restaurant needs Improve profitability through sales growth, labor management, and waste reduction Deliver high standards in QSC, PM routines, and food safety Execute new product rollouts and operational initiatives Communicate clearly between owner/operator leadership and your team Drive community involvement and local store marketing (if desired)
