We are seeking a

Maitre D' / Lead Host

to serve as the face of the room and the architect of our nightly flow. This is a foundational role on our opening team for a professional who understands that true luxury begins at the front door.

The Role

At The Atlas Room, you aren't just seating tables; you are the "Director of First Impressions." You will manage the gate, curate the room's energy, and act as the primary liaison for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

The Art of the Entry:

Greet every guest with warmth and sophistication, setting the tone for their entire evening the moment they step inside.

Membership Concierge:

Recognize and welcome members by name, manage the member waitlist, and skillfully introduce the membership concept to new visitors.

Room Orchestration:

Expertly manage our intimate seating plan to ensure the room feels "full" and vibrant without ever feeling crowded.

Guest Intelligence:

Maintain detailed notes on guest preferences, special occasions, and "regulars" to ensure personalized service across the entire team.

Conflict Resolution:

Handle reservations and walk-ins with poise, ensuring that even when we are at capacity, every guest leaves with a positive impression of the brand.

What We Offer

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
