Winooski High School seeks a math educator. In this position, you will join an enthusiastic and committed team of educators dedicated to meeting the needs and development of young people. You will design daily, differentiated learning for students that focuses on mathematical reasoning while integrating other transferable skills (graduate expectations) through a variety of content to support all learners. We are a proficiency-based school that values performance-based assessments that leverage our Graduate Expectations.
Ideal candidates will have a love of collaborating with middle and high teachers and students and actively strive for cultural competency and equity in education. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for a license to teach in the state of Vermont with either a 5-9 endorsement or a 7-12 endorsement to teach math. Interested but not sure if this is you?
