Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain current inventory levels Record, track, and report inventory as necessary Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; re-stock items as necessary; label shelves Process and document returned items as required following established procedures Work closely with other departments to complete tasks Organize and manage inventory documentation and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations Identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts Ensure that damaged or misplaced inventory items are accounted for and handled properly Process and move production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions Monitors work in process Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability Identifies and solves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays
