Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Pick up and deliver construction materials
- Run dump loads using company truck/trailer
- Ensure crew/subcontractors are

on site and working on time

- Keep job sites clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Perform daily walkthroughs and quality control inspections
- Heavy use of

CompanyCam

(notes, photos, updates)
- Communicate with homeowners professionally
- Coordinate scheduling and progress with the

Project Manager

- Track materials, punch lists, change orders, and daily job needs
- Prep job sites ahead of time to keep crews moving
- Assist in creating templates for standard remodel projects (kitchens, baths, windows)

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift

up to 100 lbs

- Reliable, organized, strong communicator
- Comfortable with technology;

basic ChatGPT knowledge

preferred
- Basic construction experience helpful
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 70 per week

Experience:
