The Material MRP Coordinator oversees the material release process for the assembly and manufacturing processes supporting Internal Manufacturing, Preassembly, and Projects. This is a liaison between the design phase and the operations phase of the projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for MBOM verification within MLM software of new or modified projects. Responsible for creation of routings and production orders for parts listed within MBOM of new projects. Responsible for treatment of Modification Change Orders on existing projects to release new part demands. Provides recommendations of internal versus external procurement on fabricated project parts. Support Procurement in identifying vendor capabilities and parts placement with vendors. Support disposition of nonconforming materials affecting the projects.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Employment Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a valid state Driver license Must be able to obtain valid US passport

Professional & Technical Education:

Highschool Diploma, or equivalent GED Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and/or minimum of 5 years of Relevant Experience to Manufacturing Engineering role.

Other Job-Related Experience or Requirements:

Experience working with planning, purchasing, etc. in an MRP system Ability to read, interpret and work from Engineering Drawings CAD, DWF and PDF Ability to work hands on as a team player as well as independently as needed. Possesses demonstrated experience presenting and communicating with large groups. Must be available to work overtime when necessary. May be required to work off shift hours and holidays. May be asked to travel up to 10%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in CNC machining role SAP applicable experience
