Elevate Workforce is seeking a Material Hoist Spotter to assist with safe hoisting operations at a busy construction site in Mobile, AL. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary signal person for the material hoist operator.

Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials.

Guide and communicate clearly with the hoist operator and ground crews.

Maintain awareness of site conditions to prevent accidents or hazards.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a hoist spotter or in a similar construction role preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to give clear signals.

Knowledge of basic safety practices on construction sites.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
