Job Summary:
The successful candidates will be key experts in product lines including, All-Terrain Crane Segment. They will be responsible for promoting and selling specified equipment to clients in various industries and across multiple states. This role requires a deep understanding of the specified product line, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key
Responsibilities
: Deep knowledge and dedication to assigned product line.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Manage and develop assigned sales territory.
Build Customer relationships and manage customer expectations by understanding their needs and providing solutions and support.
Expedite the resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction.
Work with Product Line Manager to develop and execute sales strategy for assigned product line and territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
Analyze market potential, accurately track sales, customer information and provide status reports in company specified systems of record.
Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company rules and guidelines.
Prepare and deliver presentations on product line.
Achieve or exceed sales targets within a specific period.
Focus on sales of specified product line, territory and industry type assigned by Management.
Extensive in-and-out of state travel is expected. Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and/or 3+ years of relevant experience. Heavy equipment and/or lifting equipment industry strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decision-making.
Needs to have experience demoing material handling equipment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the inside and outside the organization.
Exceptional knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Strong product knowledge (sales and technical) of assigned product type and industry.
Must be capable of doing own quotations.
