Washington, IA facility

Day Shift. Starting pay $17.00+ dependent on experience. Great opportunity in friendly work place with excellent benefits.

Material Handler Primary Responsibilities

General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment, operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures. Load or unload trucks either by hand, forklift, or by pallet jack. Maintains appropriate inventory of supplies and communicates with appropriate personnel to order replacement product as needed. Recognize and adhere to all best practices for safety (i.e. lock out/tag out, etc.). Must be able to operate forklift within the safety guidelines established by ACH and remain certified to do so. Maintains a clean and organized work area.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Experience

Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred. Prior forklift experience preferred. Experience with maintenance/mechanical systems preferred.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Must be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken. Must be able to use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Education, Licenses & Certifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
