Job Description

We are looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

This position is for our swing shift, which runs from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

Load and unload inventory from loading docks, storage, and production areas. Store cargo in assigned locations using cargo boards and pallets. Manage inventory and the location of inventory. Record the number of units handled and moved every day. Operate various machinery, including forklifts, to handle materials and inventory. Analyze pick sheets based on orders and pull the appropriate products for each order. Track supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations. Comply with all safety and health regulations. Assist and cover other operators as needed.
