Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Operating a forklift or other powered industrial truck to load/unload goods and materials. Delivering received items to various departments throughout the plant in a timely manner. Organizing and maintaining raw material inventories in their designated warehouse areas. Inspects all received items/materials and accompanying documents for quality, accuracy and/or damage. Picking, Packing and Shipping product with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Lifting, assembling and staging raw materials in buckets and bags to meet production needs. Driving a box truck to transfer material from a local production facility. Facilitating the unload of oil tanker trucks. Achieve competency and stay up to date in all safety training. Participate in 5S program to maintain plant cleanliness and organization at all times. Maintains strict confidentiality in all aspects of work. Delivers excellent customer service at all times with both external and internal customers. Upholds RWDC Code of Ethics.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities Required:

Powered Lift Truck proficiency is crucial (E.g., forklifts, pallet jack). Strong working knowledge of computers and the ability to utilize warehouse management software. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials (up to 55 lbs.) repeatedly. Must be a Team Player! Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends. Strong sense of time management and urgency. Detail-oriented mindset. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Requires punctual and regular attendance. Time away from work is approved and taken in accordance with established policies. POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

Other Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background investigation and physical exam. * Must pass skills testing and certification for specific needs.
