Position Summary:



We are seeking a

Material Handler

to support the replenishment of production materials, restocking of warehouse locations, and coordination of inventory movement throughout the facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and supplies are delivered accurately and on time to support production flow. The Material Handler will work closely with inspection, warehouse, and production teams to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Transfer product from inspection to primary inventory locations, ensuring proper labeling and traceability. Deliver production materials and supplies to designated areas as needed to support manufacturing operations. Maintain inventory accuracy by recording stock movements, updating locations, and reporting shortages. Perform data entry, record-keeping, and inventory transactions within the MRP system. Ensure products are routed correctly and associated with the proper job/material documentation. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely move and organize materials. Maintain clean and orderly inventory, inspection, and loading areas. Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient material flow and production readiness.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar warehouse role. Hands-on experience with forklifts (sit-down), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; experience with cranes and counting scales a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work with raw materials (metal, lumber, etc.). Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Availability to work 40-50 hours per week.
