WHAT YOU'LL DO


Contribute to team goals by accomplishing tasks while meeting key performance targets Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves and workstations neat and orderly Prepare paperwork for related shipments including but not limited to Packing Slips, Bills of Lading and Hazmat Declarations Maintain inventory control by utilizing appropriate equipment, performing cycle counts and performing reconciliation of counts Maintain quality service by following organizational standards Maintain a clean and safe environment Interact with all levels of the organization, as needed Follow standard processes to build and produce standard and custom products to defined specifications in production paperwork and project documentation Perform product modifications and product packaging to PBL (Project Business Logistics) specifications Material handling tasks associated with working in a production-type environment Package and stage completed product for shipment Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results Documents actions by completing production and quality forms Other duties as needed or assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING


High School Diploma or GED, required Minimum of four (4) years' experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment, preferred Direct or indirect leadership experience, preferred Literate in personal computing, moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, preferred Detail oriented, thorough, accurate, organized, productive with the ability to seek and understand cause/effect of a given situation Exceptional math skills involving decimals and fractions Power equipment skills (forklift, pallet jack) Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self- responsibility Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity and practice innovation Dependability a must Capable of prioritizing project pick/pack/ship Flexibility in work schedule required Willingness to travel to support HNA distribution network, preferred
