Responsibilities



Earn $18.75-$21.75/HR - Paid Weekly, with overtime and bonuses!

Annual pay ranges from $40,000-$54,396+ based on experience and overtime

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, plus 2 Saturdays per month (7 AM-1 PM)

4-5 weeks of paid training in Elk Grove Village, IL (travel and lodging covered)

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes safely and efficiently

Handle premium materials including hardwood flooring, countertops, and tile

Pick, wrap, load, and organize outbound freight

Maintain accurate shipping documents and clean, organized workspace

Safety-sensitive role requiring ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly

Requirements



12 months of warehouse, forklift, or shipping/receiving experience

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs as needed

Must be willing to travel for 4-5 weeks of paid training (expenses covered)

Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

Strong attention to safety, organization, and accuracy
