This on-site Distribution Specialist I role is part of the ASDS (Storage & Distribution Services) team in Fargo. You will report to the Distribution Supervisor and help ensure products are stored and shipped at the correct temperature to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Stage, package, handle, and receive materials and vials per SOPs and GDP standards. Coordinate with internal teams for packaging and cold chain transactions. Maintain accurate records in Financial and Inventory systems and review documents for accuracy.
Requirements:
Computer:
1+ year experience with Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Dynamics 365, and Labvantage LIMS.Inventory:
0-1 year handling sensitive products; prior inventory experience a plus.Quality:
Knowledge of GDP/GMP standards preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21.00 - $29.51 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
