Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced lumber and material handlers for our location in Slidell. An ideal candidate would have FORKLIFT experience (not a forklift-only position).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive and stock incoming materials Complete delivery work orders Handle customer material request Load and Unload materials on trucks Keep yard and warehouse clean and orderly
Required Skills/Abilities:
Forklift Experience Detail-Oriented and thorough Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used daily Ability to interact with customer, coworkers and visitors at the store while remaining professional, polite and courteous Work as a Team Have good communication skills Comply with all safety policies and procedures
